AI Workflow Automation and Integration
Learn how AI and workflow automation can streamline repetitive healthcare processes, connect digital tools, and reduce administrative workload. Learners will identify automation opportunities, map clinical workflows, build AI-assisted automations, and evaluate them for reliability, safety, privacy, and appropriate human oversight.
Developing Your Personal Clinical AI System
Build a practical and sustainable personal clinical AI system by identifying high-value workflow opportunities, selecting appropriate AI tools, creating standardized prompts and workflows, and establishing safety checks and measurable outcomes. How is this different from the operations/admin program?
This is for clinicians at the point of care — notes, decisions, evidence, patients. The operations program is non-clinical back-office (RCM, scheduling, supply chain, analytics). Minimal overlap by design.
Do you teach autonomous diagnosis?
No. We teach diagnostics-assist, the evidence behind it, and how to recognize and override its failures. The clinician always remains the responsible decision-maker.
